Postings, Orders, and Balances on Partners
Inquiries on postings, orders, statistics, and balances for customers and suppliers
On the partner card for both customers and suppliers, you’ll find information about the current balance, history of postings and orders, as well as the ability to generate relevant printouts. Below, we go through the key features and options.
Balance
Under the Balance tab, the partner’s current balance is shown along with any overdue amounts as of today. Through the menu (the three dots), you have access to the following actions:
- Posting payments
- Performing settlements
- Printing postings and account statements

Create Settlement
How to perform a settlement:
- Select Create Settlement
- Enter the date the settlement should be recorded
- All open entries will be shown in two columns – debit and credit
- Mark the entries to be settled – the total must be 0
- A difference of up to 0.50 is accepted and automatically posted as an adjustment on the partner. This is recorded to the System Difference account
- Click on Create settlement

Register Payment
How to register a payment:
- Select Create Payment
- Enter the desired posting date
- Mark the invoices/credit notes to be registered as paid
- Choose the financial account to post the payment to
- Click on Create Payment
A difference of up to 0.50 is accepted and automatically posted as an adjustment on the partner on the System Difference account
Details
In the Details box, you’ll find several tabs with information about postings, offers, orders, invoices, documents, etc. This guide focuses on the most commonly used features. Links to additional options are provided at the bottom.
Postings
At the top of the posting overview, you can filter the view, for example by fiscal year or open entries using the Settled filter.
From the menu on each posting (the three dots), you can:
- Go to the related document
- Edit invoice details
- Park a voucher
- Add a note
- Edit supplier invoice number
- Change due date
- Delete partial settlement
If a posting contains a note, a note icon will be shown. Hover over the icon to preview the text.

Offers, Orders, and Invoices
In the Offers, Orders, and Invoices tabs, the partner’s sales and purchase orders are displayed by status. These views correspond to the general order overview but are filtered for the selected partner.
You can also quickly create a new sales or purchase order directly from these tabs.
Partner and Article Statistics
Under the Partner, Article Statistics tab, you'll find an overview of purchases and sales by article number within the selected period.
⚠️ Note: The statistics only include postings linked to an article number. Invoices created without an article number or through voucher registration are not included.
In the Statistics tab, a graphical overview of the partner’s purchases and sales per fiscal year is displayed.
