EG Xena vouchers

Use this app to quickly send vouchers to your fiscal

The EG Xena Vouchers app can be installed via the Xena App Store. This guide assumes that it is installed.

Get started

  1. Open the page bilag.xena.dk on your device
  2. Log in with your username and password for your Xena profile
  3. The first time you log in, you will see a welcome screen where you need to click the 'Get started' button

Note: If this is your first time logging into a Xena app (EG Go, EG Xena Bilag, or similar), you can read this guide for information on how to activate your user account, how to log in, and which browsers we recommend.

Next, you need to choose the fiscal you want to send vouchers to, and click 'Next'.

Finally, you need to select the inbox where you want to send the vouchers, and click 'OK'.

Send vouchers

Before you can send vouchers, you may need to allow the app to access your camera. If you do not want to be asked about this in the future, you can change your phone settings to always allow the browser you're using to access your camera.

At the bottom, tap one of the two options, depending on whether you want to take a new picture or send a picture from your device's photo album.

Once you have either selected a picture or taken one with the camera, tap 'Send'.

Before sending the voucher, you have the option to change the inbox it will be sent to. Additionally, you can also edit the file name of the voucher. Please note that your username will automatically be added to the file when it is sent.
