Import budget from calculation
If you use EG Visual Calculation, EG MalerKalk, or SmartKalk, you have the option to import your summarized budgets from the calculation to the project budget in Xena.
The Calculation Import app can be installed via the Xena App Store. This guide assumes that the app is installed in your fiscal.

Setting up the integration
The only information you need to set up the integration to your EG calculation system is your Xena company ID.
You can find this in the address bar at the top when you are logged in to Xena. For example: https://my.xena.biz/Fiscal/000000/FiscalSetup. In this example, your company ID is 000000.
This number is entered:
In Visual Kalkulation via the menu: Tools > Settings, select the Xena tab
In EG MalerKalk via the menu: Settings > General Settings, select the Xena tab
If you use SmartKalk, you can skip this step.
Transfer calculation to project
Open your calculation and select transfer to Xena:
Visual Kalkulation / EG MalerKalk: Functions > Transfer to project management > Xena
SmartKalk: Calculation > Upload calculation > to Xena
In the top left corner, select the desired level of detail
Here you also select the project from Xena that the calculation should be transferred to
For each calculation item, you select which cost type the sum should be transferred to in Xena
Click Transfer
The calculation has now been transferred to the project on the Budget tab, where it can be edited and maintained going forward.

This is the simple budget form, where a few key figures are created, all of which can be compared with actual costs and revenue on the project.

There is also an extended integration to EG's calculation systems, providing you with significantly more key figures to work with on your projects.
