Accessories

When you add an article to the order, you can automatically include one or more articles as accessories to the original article. These accessories are automatically added to the order when the original article is added.

 

Example of Accessories

If you're selling a specific article or service and you also want to invoice for some add-ons or additional articles related to it, it's a good idea to create these articles as accessories to the original article.

1. In this example, I'm selling a bicycle
2. Along with the bicycle, I always need to remember to also sell 2 tires and a service for the bicycle
3. That's why I've added these 2 articles as accessories to the bicycle under the 'Accessories' tab
4. Remember to enter the desired quantity for each accessory

 

 

Add to an Order

The next time you add the bicycle to an order, the two related articles will automatically be added as order lines as well. Now, you will always remember to sell both the tires and the service along with the bicycle.

If you do not need the extra article lines, simply delete them from the order.

 

Examples of typical accessory articles include:

• Environmental fees
• Freight
• Invoice fees
• Workshop materials
• Miscellaneous consumables
• Packaging
• Setup fees
